Today I’m sharing a card using one of my favourite stamp sets from Clearly Besotted – Dandelion Dreams.
I started by heat embossing the dandelion image on to watercolour card, using Hero Arts Sparkle embossing powder.
With my Zig Clean Colour real brush pens, I scribbled rainbow colours on to the dandelion head.
I spritzed the colours with water, causing the firework effect as they reacted. I added some paint flicks too.
I added a sentiment from the same stamp set, then trimmed the watercolor card down. I added a thin strip of silver glitter paper to the bottom edge.
On an A6 card front, I used a stamp from the Clearly Besotted Diagonal Stripes stamp set in black ink. I attached the watercolour card to the card front, added some sequins, and rounded the top corners.
So vibrant and pretty!

Question: are the pens you used on the dandelion like distress inks? I just bought a pack of mini Tim Jolts inks

They are watercolour markers, so work in a similar way to the distress inks. They blend really well, with or without water. I have a first impressions post, which you might find interesting: https://mygirllollipop.wordpress.com/2016/01/18/zig-clean-colour-real-brush-pens-2/
