2019 Spring Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog! The WOW Embossing Design team are having a blog hop today to celebrate the Coffee Lover’s Spring/Summer Blog Hop, which runs from May 3-10.

If you’re following along the blog hop, you should have arrived here from Jo’s blog. I’ll list all of today’s blog hop participants below, if you want to start at the beginning.

For my card, I’m using the beautiful Teacups Stack die from Poppystamps. I die cut the teacup stack three times from white card, then adhered them together.

On another piece of white card, I added WOW clear embossing ink then heat embossed with WOW Caramel Macchiato embossing powder. This is a pearl powder in a lovely copper shade.

I die cut the teacup stack from the embossed card. I kept only the inside pieces of the die cut for this card.

Next, I die cut a stitched rectangle from white card, using the Heffy Doodle Metric Stitched Rectangles die set. I used the same Caramel Macchiato embossing powder to add sentiments from the Altenew Coffee Talk stamp set. I then adhered the panel to my card base.

I adhered my white teacup stack on the card, then added the embossed pieces inside to finish my card.
