Pretty Pink Posh September 2022 Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m pleased to be joining day 2 of this blog hop, celebrating the Pretty Pink Posh September release! 

If you’re following along the blog hop, you should have arrived here from Yoonsun Hur. I’ll list all of today’s blog hop participants below, if you want to start at the beginning.

My card features the new Fall Tree die set, perfect for lots of different seasons.

I began by die cutting the tree portion of the Fall Tree die set from dark brown woodgrain card.

I love that the die for the leaves is one die, rather than lots of individual dies, as it makes it so much easier. This die cuts 4 different styles of leaves, in 2 sizes.

I die cut the leaves from different colours of card, along with some glitter card too. I focused on one style of leaf for my tree. With so many options to choose from, you can get lots of different looks.

Next, I die cut some Stitched Strips from the same colours of card (minus the glitter card) and adhered them on a mini slimline card base, to form a floor for the tree.

I adhered the tree and leaves with liquid glue, then finished by stamping a sentiment from the Fall Envelopes stamp set.
