Today I’m sharing a bright birthday card, using Pretty Pink Posh products.

I began by blending distress oxide inks over the Layered Balloons stencils onto a 6×6 square panel of white card. There are 3 layers in this stencil set – I’ve listed the colours used at the end of the post.
I adhered the panel to a 6×6 card base, then worked on the other elements.

I die cut three Party Balloons from white card, then blended over them with some of the same distress oxide inks as the background.
I adhered grey die cut balloons behind each one, to help them stand out from the background.
I then added the balloons strings, die cut from a darker grey card, before adhering the balloons to the card.
Finally, I embossed a sentiment in white on blue card, from the Sentiments Strips: Birthday stamp set. I die cut it with a Sentiment Strips die, then added to the card with foam tape to finish.

Love this, Gemma! Colorful, uplifting (no pun intended on the balloons) and I can always use a new motif for a b-day card! Great work!
