Pretty Pink Posh September 2024 Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m pleased to be joining this blog hop celebrating the Pretty Pink Posh September release! 

If you’re following along the blog hop, you should have arrived here from Rebecca Keppel. I’ll list all of today’s blog hop participants below, if you want to start at the beginning.

My card features the new Big Fall Cupcake die set, with a sentiment from the new Solid Fall Foliage stamp set.

I used some lovely fall colours of cardstock to die cut the pieces for my cupcake. I love that there are pieces in the Big Fall Cupcake die set for adding details to the cupcake wrapper. I also used those pieces to add detail to the sunflower and cupcake frosting.

For the background, I used the Deco Leaves stencil to dry emboss a panel of cream card, which I’d die cut with a Stitched Torn Rectangle. I adhered an A2 red card panel to a card base, then added the cream card panel on top.

I adhered the cupcake to the card, leaving space for a sentiment. I stamped the Happy Autumn greeting from the Solid Fall Foliage stamp set, using a brown ink, then die cut it with the coordinating die. I added another layer for dimension, then an offset orange die cut layer, before adhering it to my card to finish.
