Chinese New Year 2025

Today I’m sharing a card for Chinese New Year. 2025 is the Year of the Snake, and this snake is from the Pretty Pink Posh Jungle Additions stamp set.

I coloured the snake with copic markers, then added some freehand gold pen details.

For the background, I added gold to a panel of pearl red card, using the Deco Leaves stencil and Nuvo Glacier Paste.

Once the background panel was fully dry, I added a detailed edge with a Doily Borders die.

I adhered the panel to an A2 card base, stamping a sentiment below. I then adhered the snake to finish.
