I’ve had this set for a while but have only just got around to making a card with it. It’s a really fun set, which is unfortunately now discontinued.
How I made this card:
On a scrap of grey paper, I stamped some different sentiments, smileys and musical notes in grey ink for a tone on tone background piece. I cut this down and adhered to a card front, to cover a portion of the card.
I stamped the phone in Versafine onyx black ink, then heat embossed it with sparkle embossing powder. I stamped the greeting on the phone screen, and added some icons to the bottom of the screen. I decided to keep colour to a minimum so just a bit of yellow amongst the neutral tones.
Next, I inked up the headphones stamp with grey and yellow inks, and stamped directly onto the card front. I then cut the phone image out and attached to the card with foam tape.
I felt the card needed a little embellishment, so I added some small yellow enamel dots to the headphones. I finished by rounding the corners on one side of the card.
