I recently got the Starry Circle and the Roses in Bloom die-namics from MFT Stamps November release.
Having just watched Disney Beauty and the Beast with my nieces, I just couldn’t resist making this card inspired by the film!
I started by inking a piece of white card with distress inks in blues and purples. From this, I die cut the MFT Starry Circle. I also die cut the MFT Roses in Bloom die-namic from white card, then added colour with distress inks.
From another piece of white card, I die cut an MFT stitched rectangle frame. I attached the frame to an A2 card base. I used the Starry Circle die again on the rectangle, then added the rectangle and the blue inked Starry Circle to the card base. I attached the rose over the top of the Starry Circle, then used the Wink of Stella clear glitter pen to add some magical sparkle to the rose.
When deciding what sentiment to use, I couldn’t get the Beauty and the Beast song out of my head. I decided it would be fun to create my own sentiment, using one of the song lyrics. I cut a sentiment banner, then used the Concord & 9th Perfectly Penned stamp set to create my sentiment.
Finally, I added some clear sequins to finish the card. I hope you like my Disney inspired card, which I think would make a lovely anniversary card.
