November Challenge

The challenge this month on the Seven Hills Crafts blog is to create something inspired by a Christmas song, carol, or film.

My inspiration card is based on the sentiment, ‘It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas’. This song is featured in ‘Home Alone’, one of my favourite Christmas films. Every time I see this sentiment stamp from the Concord & 9th O Christmas Tree stamp set, I start singing the song in my head (or sometimes out loud!).

This card was simple to make. The Christmas trees are stamped with Versafine black ink, then heat embossed with sparkling clear embossing powder. The other images and sentiment are stamped with Versamark ink, then gold embossed,

I cut down the panel to be narrower than an A6 card base, so I could add some gold glitter paper along the edges.
