Thanks for joining me on my blog throughout 2017. I’ve really enjoyed sharing my cards with you all this year, and I very much appreciate all the likes, comments, and new followers. I’ll be quiet here over Christmas, as I’ll be spending much needed time with family, but I’ll be back on my blog on January 2nd.
If you aren’t a follower of mine on Instagram, you can head over there using the link on the sidebar. I share extra cards and photos on Instagram that I don’t always blog about, so do click the Instagram follow button if you’re interested in seeing more.
I thought I’d round off 2017 by sharing some of my favourite stamps and dies, and projects I’ve made featuring them. I’ve linked to the Seven Hills Crafts UK shop, where possible, but please note that they are shut until 2nd January, as they are moving premises.
Favourite Stamps:
Lawn Fawn Out of this World – 2017 was the year I discovered my love of all things Lawn Fawn, so it’s hard to choose just one set. I love teaming this one with gorgeous galaxy backgrounds.
MFT Happy Hippos – A wonderful Birdie Brown set, with fun punny sentiments.
Mama Elephant Little Agendas – The cutest characters, I used the Santas and reindeers on lots of my Christmas cards this year.
Favourite Dies:
Lil’inker Deco edges – This gives the look of torn edges without the fuss!
Lawn Fawn Box Card Pop Up – Possibly the best die set I’ve seen, ever!
MFT Celebrate word die – A gorgeous scripty font, I need more word dies like this!
Can’t Live Without:
Tim Holtz Stamping platform – An absolute must for me, especially when stamping sentiments.
Distress Oxide inks – Beautiful colours and they blend so well!
Brother Scanncut – An investment but wonderful for diecutting stamped images.
Happy holidays! See you all in 2018!
It was great to seen the best of 2017, your work is simply beautiful and I’d enjoyed seeing your work and can’t wait to see what you bring us in 2018. X
