I recently got the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel die set and absolutely love it! Easy to make, not bulky like some interactive cards can be, and so fun to play with!
I teamed the Reveal Wheel set with the Hello Bluebird Bee Happy set for my card today, which I made for my niece’s birthday.
I worked on the reveal wheel part of the card first, die cutting all the necessary pieces. I used the Speech Bubble Add-On and stamped sentiments from the Reveal Wheel Sentiments stamp set.
For the front of the card, I added a blend of distress oxide inks in squeezed lemonade, spun sugar and picked raspberry. I flicked the card with a gold perfect pearls water mix for lots of sparkle. I also stamped a sentiment on the front from the same sentiments set, to team with the reveal wheel.
Next, I stamped and coloured the adorable bees and flowers from the Hello Bluebird Bee Happy stamp set. I die cut them with the coordinating dies, ready to add to the card. Before adhering the reveal wheel panel to the card base, I stamped the ‘turn me’ and arrow.
I then added the images and a gold glitter speech bubble frame to the card. I finished with some Pretty Pink Posh Pink blush jewels.
