My card today features some beautiful products from the Pretty Pink Posh April release, available today. The Lattice Background die is one of my favourite items from this release and the Peonies are just perfect for colouring.
For the background, I cut a piece of Altenew Enchanting Washes patterned paper to fit my card base, then adhered it with liquid glue.
Next, I die cut the fabulous Lattice Background die from white card and adhered that over the top.
To create an area for the sentiment, I die cut the Picket Fence die from the top of a panel of white card. I then stamped a sentiment from Everyday Greetings, before adhering the panel to my card.
I stamped the images from the new Peonies stamp set with copic friendly black ink. For the flowers, I used Copic Markers in the following colours: R81, R83 and R85 for the petals, and R81, Y11, and YR14 for the centres.
I die cut the images with the coordinating dies, then arranged them on my card. I used liquid glue to adhere most of them, with foam tape under the top most flower for dimension.
To finish, I added some jewels from the new Berry Splash mix, which bring out the colours of the background patterned paper beautifully.
