I love soft pastel colours for Christmas cards. Pink and gold is a favourite colour combo of mine, so I thought I’d use these colours with some of the new Pretty Pink Posh October release.
As a background for my card, I began by adding some spun sugar distress oxide ink to my card base. I then flicked the panel with pink perfect pearls and set aside to dry.
I die cut the Winter Frame from white card, layering over my card base.
Next, I die cut the Stitched Poinsettias from gold and white glitter card, and Lawn Fawn Gold Rush card stock. I layered the different colours together to make two poinsettias, adhering them to my card with liquid adhesive and trimming the edges.
I finished by stamping a greeting in the centre from the Winter Wreath stamp set, and adding some Metallic Rose Gold confetti around the card.
