Space Rocket

Today I’m using the RAM Space Rocket digital stamp on a fun foiled birthday card.

I printed the image a couple of times at 75% on white card. I temporarily removed the trail lines from the image I planned to colour.

I coloured the image with copic markers, then fussy cut it out.

On the other panel, with the full printed digi image, I cut it down to A2 size. I then used my Spellbinders Glimmer hot foil machine to add gold stars to the background.

The foiled areas will cover the printed lines of the digital image, but as I’m adding the coloured image over the top, this isn’t a problem.

I adhered this panel onto an A2 card base. For a frame, I die cut the Hello Bluebird Gallery Frame #1 from blue card. I white heat embossed sentiments from Lawn Fawn Out of this World and Beam Me Up stamp sets.

I added the frame to the card, then used foam squares to add the coloured image. It’s easy to line up using the printed image on the foiled panel.

  1. What a cute birthday card. The foiling ups the attraction for children, maybe even for adults like me that like anything shiny. Lol
