Spellbinders November 2021 Glimmer Hot Foil Kit

Today I’m sharing a card made with the Spellbinders November 2021 Glimmer Hot Foil kit.

This month, you get the Curved Christmas Glimmer borders kit, with 5 hot foil plates and 2 cutting dies. There is also a full roll of gold foil included.

The Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil kit is a monthly subscription and a great way to build your collection of glimmer plates and foils.

You will need the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil machine to use with this subscription, plus a compatible die cutting machine. I used my Spellbinders Platinum 6 machine. A list of compatible machines is available on the Spellbinders website.

I began by foiling one of the borders three times with speckled prism foil onto white card. Underneath one of the borders, I foiled the sentiment from the kit, this time with Moondust foil.

I trimmed the borders down with the coordinating dies, then layered them together.

On a landscape card base, I adhered a piece of patterned paper. I then added the foiled borders on top.

To finish my card, I die cut three bottle brush trees to add to my scene, using a set from the Tis the Season collection, available separately. I used a blue card to match the Moondust foil.
