25 Days of Christmas Tags 2019 with Hello Bluebird

Today I’m pleased to be joining in with the 9th Annual 25 Days of Christmas Tags event, which is organised by Tracey McNeely at http://inmycreativeopinion.blogspot.com/

I’m sharing some tags I made with some gorgeous sets from Hello Bluebird, who is the sponsor today. Here is a link to today’s post so you can see lots of fabulous inspiration.

I began by cutting four tags from white card, including two with stick-it adhesive which will be my backing pieces. I then used the Hello Bluebird Snowy Sky scene die to add details to the other two tags.

On the sky portion of the tags, I added a blend of distress oxide inks in cracked pistachio, peacock feathers and blueprint sketch. I covered the stick-it adhesive tags with WOW Stardust Sparkles glitter, then adhered the sky pieces over the top.

I added more WOW Starlight Sparkles glitter to the tops of the hills pieces, then adhered them to the backing tags.

The sweet images are from the Hello Bluebird Merry Mice stamp set. I coloured them with copic markers. The string of lights is from the Hello Bluebird Treehouse Holiday Add-on die set.

To finish, I stamped greetings on the tags from the Hello Bluebird O Christmas Tree and North Pole Littles stamp sets.

Here is a link to the main post all about the 25 Days of Christmas Tags event, and how you can join in for a chance to win some great prizes. I hope you’ll feel inspired to have a go at making some tags too.
