I grabbed this stamp set in the clearance sale at Clearly Besotted recently. I love the art deco inspired font!
How I made this card:
I stamped the balloons with memento ink, using masks to allow the balloons to hide behind each other. I then mixed perfect pearls with distress inks and flicked it on the card using a paintbrush. Made me think of confetti raining down.
I stamped the greeting in black ink and added some sequins.
I put some glossy accents on the balloons, then sprinkled some gold embossing powder on it (a trick I saw Julie Altermann demonstrate on YouTube). I then used my corner chomper to round the corners.
As this was a quick card to make, I made another using different colours.
