I’m joining in with the MFT sketch challenge today, and combining it with their colour challenge too.
I started by using the MFT English Brick Stencil to add detail to the card base with a light grey ink.
Next, I die cut a tag with the MFT Stitched Traditional Tags die-namics from teal paper in the MFT Painted Prints Smitten paper pack. I layered the tag and a white card stitched rectangle onto the card base, and stamped a stem and a leaf from the MFT Delicate Pretty Poppies stamp set on to the white rectangle.
On a scrap piece of card, I stamped a poppy flower from the same set in a pale pink ink. I coloured this in with karisma colouring pencils, in peachy pink colours. I fussy cut this out and added to the card with foam tape. I used colouring pencils to colour in the stem and leaf too.
I used the MFT Stitched sentiment strips die-namics to cut a tag. I blended on some MFT summer splash ink onto the tag, then stamped a sentiment from the MFT Happy Hedgehogs stamp set.
I added this to the card with foam tape and added some peach enamel dots. I wanted to add some more grey to the card, so stamped some MFT distressed patterns on to the background to finish the card.

A very pretty take on the sketch, Gemma! Thanks for sharing it with us at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge, too!
