Merry Pigs

Today I’m sharing a card with one of my favourite sets from the Hello Bluebird November release – Merry Pigs.

I stamped all the images from the set, then coloured them with copic markers. I use R00, R30 and R20 for my pigs. I love the soft pink colours.

I cut all the images out with the coordinating dies. I think the dies are really worth having as, for a couple of the pigs, they cut the arms so they can hold things!

For the background, I die cut the Mama Elephant Tri Window die from Lawn Fawn Blue Jay cardstock. I then embossed some snowflakes from the Merry Pigs set, using WOW Opaque White Super Fine embossing powder. I used the same embossing powder to add the greetings to the panel.

I added some colour to the card base, using faded Jeans distress oxide ink, then adhered the window panel over the top.

Finally, I added the images to the card with a mix of foam squares and liquid glue. Then some Pretty Pink Posh Starry Sky jewels for some sparkle.
