It’s Day 2 of the Hello Bluebird Design Team shares, featuring the fabulous February release.
Today I’m showcasing the new Party Parade stamp set. I love this happy set!
I coloured my critters with copic markers and die cut them out. I stamped one of those greetings from the set into the banner. I love how these are curved to fit the banner shape.
For the background panel, I cut a piece of cardstock to 86 x 97mm to go on my A6 U.K. notecard size card base. If using an A2 card base, these measurements will need adjusting slightly to get a similar layout.
I blended on distress oxide colours in picked raspberry, spun sugar, shaded lilac, and blueprint sketch.
I used a heat tool to dry the panel, then stamped music notes over it with WOW embossing ink. I heat them with WOW Bonding Powder, then added some WOW Rose Gold fab foil sheet over the top, pretty side up. Once the embossing has cooled, the sheet can be removed to foil music notes.
I added the panel to my card base, then the critters on top with foam tape.
