Hello Bluebird Easter Egg Hunt

It’s Day 3 of the Hello Bluebird Design Team shares, featuring the fabulous February release.

Today I’m showcasing the new Easter Egg Hunt stamp set. This 4×8 stamp set is packed full of adorable critters to create a fun Easter scene. I’ve teamed it with the new Basic Borders die set.

I die cut a stitched rectangle for my card. I used distress oxides and a cloud stencil to add coloured clouds. I had difficulty capturing them in my photos but they are more visible in real life. I was inspired by this card from Torico, who is a very talented illustrator and card designer.

I heat embossed a sentiment from the Easter Egg Hunt stamp set, using WOW Metallic Gold Rich Pale embossing powder.

Next, I die cut three basic borders from coloured card and added them to my card base, I then added the panel over the top.

The images are all coloured with copic makers. I die cut them out and added them to my card with foam tape to finish.
