The fabulous September release from Hello Bluebird is now in store! The design team are sharing cards using different sets this week so there’s lots of inspiration to be found.
Today I’m sharing a card using the new Leaf Play stamp set. I love the happy critters dancing in the leaves.
I used the Buffalo Check Background stamp to create my background, heat embossing it on pink card using WOW Gold Pearl embossing powder. I layered this onto my card base, then cut a smaller piece of white card for my scene, I used one of the dies in the Hill & Dale die set to get a curved edge.
I coloured my images with copics, then die cut them with the coordinating dies. I stamped a sentiment, from the new Pumpkin Time stamp set, onto the white card panel, then arranged the images on my panel, adhering with liquid glue or foam tape.
