Today I’m joining in the Lawn Fawnatics challenge #73, to create a project with a birthday theme. I decided to make a birthday card for my niece, using the Lawn Fawn magic iris interactive die.

I combined the Lawn Fawn Critter Concert stamp set with the Lawn Fawn Shadow Box Card Theatre Add-on to create a musical themed card. The magic iris acts as the backdrop that reveals the musician on stage.

For the background, I chose papers from the Really Rainbow and Perfectly Plaid Rainbow 6×6 paper pads.
The curtains and also the magic iris mechanism are cut from Lawn Fawn Chili Pepper card and the stage is cut from Lawn Fawn Kraft card.

I coloured all the images with copic markers and added white and black pen details. I love the bird holding the cymbals!

For the sentiments, I stamped a greeting from the Critter Concert stamp set at the top of the card. I then used a die from the Lawn Fawn Everyday Banner die set to cut some Lawn Fawn Sugar Plum card. I embossed another sentiment from the same set with WOW Opaque White embossing powder.
