Today I’m sharing a card made with products from the Spellbinders Spring into Stitching Collection.

I’m using the Stitched Flower set on my card today. There are 9 cutting dies included in the set, with both flowers and leaves. I loved the little stitched flower so decided to make a card focusing on that element.
The stitching dies in the set include both a die with the stitching holes and also a separate die to cut the outside edge. I die cut the small stitching flower with the outside edge several times from white pearlescent card.

I used a rainbow of embroidery thread to stitch the flowers. To add some more colour through the holes in the flowers, I die cut flowers using just the outside edge from a rainbow of card stock to match the embroidery threads. I glued these behind the stitched flowers.

On a mini slimline panel of white card, I foiled a sentiment in gold. This sentiment is from the Slimline Confetti Background glimmer set.
Next, I used the March embossing folder of the month to add some detail to another panel of white card. I added both panels to a mini slimline card base, then adhered a strip of gold card across the join. I finished by adding the rainbow of stitched flowers.
