WOW February 2019 Facebook Challenge

Today I’m sharing a card for the February WOW Facebook challenge. There is a new theme each month, and this month is HEARTS, REDS & PINKS.

I began by working on my background. I die cut one of the Lawn Fawn Stitched Trails from a piece of white card. I then layered some patterned paper onto my card base, with the white card on top. A strip of black glitter card is a nice finishing touch between the two.

Next, I stamped the Pretty Pink Posh Floral Hearts stamp onto white card, using the WOW embossing ink. I then covered it with WOW Primary Pink Robin embossing powder and heat embossed it. Once cooled, I die cut it with the coordinating die.

I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set, following the curve of the stitched train. Then I adhered the embossed floral heart onto my card with foam tape.

To finish, I added a few Pretty Pink Posh jewels around the sentiment.
