This week, the Hello Bluebird Design Team have been sharing more inspiration on Instagram using the new October release.
Here are more detail on the cards I made.
Merry Mice & Bold Holidays
I used the new Merry Mice and Bold Holidays stamp sets, along with previously released Gallery Frame 2 and Birch Tree dies, to make my snowmouse building scene.
I added Mermaid Lagoon distress oxide to the frame and letters, then heat embossed with WOW Neutral Ultra Shammer embossing glitter.
Family Photo
The Family Photo stamp set is featured on my second card. I coloured the large main image with copic markers and die cut with the coordinating die.
To create the background, I heat embossed the previously released Cozy Plaid background stamp on dark teal card with WOW White Twinkle embossing glitter. I added the sentiment from the Family Photo underneath. The bow and sprigs from the Holly and Pine die set finishes the design.
O Christmas Tree
I love these sweet critters from the O Christmas Tree stamp set. I created a CAS scene with pretty pastel decorations.
I used the previously released Cozy Plaid background stamp on gold card with WOW Pearl Gold embossing glitter. A circle of white glitter card sits behind the tree and I added some Pretty Pink Posh jewels as tree decorations. The sentiment is from the O Christmas Tree stamp set.
Snowball Fight
I think the cats might have the upper hand on this card, featuring the new Snowball Fight stamp set! All the images are coloured with copic markers and die cut with the coordinating dies.
I created mini circle scenes – one of my favourite ways to create a CAS card. For some Christmas sparkle, I added silver glitter paper inside the circles.
The fabulous sentiment and stamped snowflakes are from the new First Snow stamp set.
