Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m excited to share some projects made with the new Tonic Studios Spring Dreams release! 

I have 4 cards to share today, featuring the new Unicorn Wishes stamp set and the Flowers for You stamp set from the Spring Dreams release. I’ll link to all the products at the end of the post.

I love the cute and quirky unicorns along with the retro font of the Unicorn Wishes stamp set.

Unicorn Wishes Card 1

Rainbows and unicorns go together perfectly, so I had to create a rainbow background for my first card.

• Create a watercolour rainbow wave with Nuvo shimmer powders. For more details on how to create this look, check out this post.
• Flick the panel with gold perfect pearls.
• Stamp the unicorns from Unicorn Wishes, colour them with Nuvo Alcohol marker pens, then cut out. 

• Adhere a thin strip of Majestic Gold pearlescent card to a slimline card base, before adhering the trimmed down watercolour background to the card.
• Emboss a greeting from the Unicorn Wishes on the panel. I love the font!
• Use foam squares to adhere the three unicorns to the card.
• Finish with some Nuvo Glitter Drops in White Blizzard to the unicorn horns for sparkle.

Unicorn Wishes Card 2 

The Unicorn Wishes stamp sets comes with some fabulous sentiments for baby cards.

• Create a watercolour background with Nuvo shimmer powders in Blue Blitz, Atlantic Burst and Falling Leaves.
• Cut three strips and adhere to a card base.
• Stamp a unicorn and a balloon from Unicorn Wishes, then colour them with Nuvo Alcohol marker pens. 
• Die cut a stitched rectangle panel, stamp a greeting from Unicorn Wishes on the panel, then adhere on the card.
• Use foam squares to adhere the unicorn to the card, then a balloon and string with liquid glue.
• Stamp a balloon on the watercolour panel, fussy cut out and adhere with foam squares.
• Finish with some Nuvo Glitter Drops in White Blizzard to the unicorn horn for sparkle.

Flowers for You Card 1

The Flowers for You stamp set is packed with beautiful bouquets and great sentiments.

• Create a watercolour background with Nuvo shimmer powder in the colour Violet Brocade. 
• Once dried, trim a strip of the background and layer a thinner strip of Majestic Gold pearlescent at the bottom edge, then add to a card base.
• Stamp a sentiment from the Flowers for You stamp set above.
• Stamp a vase of flowers from the Flowers for You stamp set, then colour it with Nuvo Alcohol marker pens.
• Add to the card with foam tape.Finish with some Pretty Pink Posh Pearl White jewels.

Flowers for You Card 2

I used the large house and flower image on this card, and coordinated the colouring with my watercolour shimmer background.

• Create two watercolour backgrounds as before, with Nuvo shimmer powders in Blue Blitz and Lilac Waterfall, and the other with Falling Leaves.
• Once dried, cut a large panel of the blue and purple background and add to a card base.Add a thinner strip of the green watercolour background underneath, to help ground the images.Stamp a sentiment from the Flowers for You stamp set.
• Stamp images from the Flowers for You stamp set, then colour it with Nuvo Alcohol marker pens.
• Add to the card with foam tape.
• Finish with some Nuvo Glitter Drops in White Blizzard around the card for sparkle.
