Handmade Cards

Pretty Pink Posh Baby

Today I’m sharing a quick and simple baby card with some fabulous Pretty Pink Posh sets.

I love the Baby stamp set and coordinating dies. The large word stamp can be used with the coordinating dies, or use the dies on their own to cut out patterned paper.

I cut the letters from patterned paper and some extra layers of plain card, layering them together to get a stacked sentiment. This is the easiest way I find to get dimension.

I added some Speckled Egg distress oxide ink to a card base, just very lightly around the edges, then adhered the letters in the centre. I stamped a sentiment from the Pretty Pink Posh stamp set underneath.

I stamped lots of images from the Baby stamp set and coloured them with copics, then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

I adhered these all over the background, making sure to overhang some images to give the illusion that the pattern continues.

As a finishing touch, I added some sparkle pen to some of the images.
