Hibiscus and Silver Damask

I’ve reached for my Pretty Pink Posh floral stamps for my card today. I love the Hibiscus stamp set – it makes me think of warm summers and tropical destinations.

All my images are coloured with copics and cut out with the coordinating dies. I arranged them in a cluster, then used liquid glue to adhere them together, and some foam squares for the top flower.

I’ve had some silver damask card in my craft stash for a while, looking for an opportunity to use it on a project. It’s beautiful but very patterned so I wanted to use it in a small way, as an accent piece.

Using the Stitched Strip dies, I cut two width of the silver damask card and adhered then on my card base.

I stamped a greeting from the Simple Sentiments stamp set, then adhered the floral cluster of images on my card.

To finish, I adhered a few Metallic Silver Jewels around the sentiment.
